Volunteers of America was an early advocate for prison reform.  An array of innovative partnerships makes services possible in the communities we serve.  Residential treatment for men who are on probation and parole provides appropriate case management, group and individual counseling, life skills training, and referral to job training.  Emphasis is placed on recovery through Twelve Step programs.  Services for incarcerated veterans transitioning to a new life seek to rehabilitate offenders and return them as productive, responsible members of their communities.
